• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
As we deal in unstitched cotton dress materials, we accept exchanges only if:
• The product is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
An unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery is mandatory for any exchange request.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
We do not accept returns for personal preference, color variation, or change of mind.
