1️⃣ General
• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under parental supervision.
• Arvi Sutra reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the website implies acceptance of updated terms.

2️⃣ Product Information
• We specialize in premium unstitched cotton dress materials.
• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
• Handblock prints and traditional fabrics may have minor irregularities, which are natural characteristics and not defects.
• Cotton fabrics may shrink slightly (2–3%) after first wash.
Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before purchase.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in INR (₹).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase (except for COD orders).
• We use secure third-party payment gateways. Arvi Sutra does not store card details.

4️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on selected serviceable pin codes.
• COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Arvi Sutra reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.
• Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD facility for that customer.

5️⃣ Order Confirmation & Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Arvi Sutra reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or policy misuse.

6️⃣ Pre-Dispatch Video Call
• We offer a pre-dispatch video call preview upon request.
• Video calls will be scheduled after order confirmation.
• This service is provided for transparency and customer satisfaction.

7️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
• An unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery is mandatory.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
Returns are not accepted for personal preference, dislike, or minor color variation.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property
• All content on this website, including images, logos, brand name, and text, is the intellectual property of Arvi Sutra.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Arvi Sutra shall not be liable for:
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from product use
• Loss due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
